The coaching program lasts 6 weeks, designed to optimize your breath control, endurance, and recovery. Each week builds on the previous one, ensuring steady progress toward peak performance.
Simulated high-altitude training uses breath-hold techniques to mimic the effects of training at high elevations. This enhances oxygen efficiency, lung capacity, and endurance—all without needing to travel to the mountains. We start by optimizing your posture, alignment and then introducing the breath-hold or apnea technique to help you get the most out of the technique.
You’ll receive 6 personalized 1-1 coaching calls, each about 45 minutes in duration throughout the program, where we refine your technique, answer questions, and tailor the training to your specific needs.
Yes! Even 4 weeks of structured breath training can significantly enhance your endurance, recovery, and mental clarity. We can tailor your plan to maximize results before your event.

No special equipment is required! The BreathWorks coaching program is designed to be done anywhere, anytime using just your breath. However, if you have a pulse oximeter or a training mask, they can be useful for tracking progress, but they are completely optional.
After 6 weeks, you’ll have the tools and techniques to continue progressing on your own or move into advanced coaching. Many athletes choose to continue working with us for ongoing performance optimization.
